Love it, Great Service. I was there tonight for the first time ( North Little Rock, AR). I asked the cashier to help we with the order she walked with me to to the stand where the little brown bags and show me how to order my sandwich. She was the sweetest thing. Very polite and professional. They prepared my sandwich in 3 minutes. I absolutely loved it. They offered me a punch card , I said why not, As I saw how friendly the staff, I thought I will be regular customer of this place. I cannot wait to take my husband there. I am sure he will love it.
Little overwhelming with all the choices. I let 3 people go ahead of me that knew what they were doing. I looked over the menu then grabbed my paper bag in the classic category for the French dip. I added olive salad which was delicious. The au jus was really good & the bread held up to the dipping. Will go back for sure. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long while.21 Aug, 2013Little overwhelming with all the choices. I let 3 people go ahead of me that knew why they were doing. First time and will be back. I like the ordering system first of all. It is old school modernized. Secondly and more importantly I love the food. I went with the gyro basically because in NLR there isn’t a good one and I have been craving one. I got it on lettuce and it was great. The lamb was good and veggies were fresh. The service was wonderful and the staff knowledgable. I will be back…SOON
After I had to speak first to the girl at the register and then had to wait 15 mins for my sandwich when there was one customer ahead of me, I really wanted to hate the sandwich. However, it was delicious. I had turkey, skinny, with almost every veggie. The bread was good and the vegetables were colorful and flavorful. I’ll give it one more shot, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
Great sanwiches/subs!. Most of your local sandwich and sub establishments are very different. Which Wich is no different. First off, if you have seen the menu, you will notice FIFTY sandwiches, divided into 10 categories. Each category represents a long, brown paper bag on which you fill out your order. Once your order is filled, you cash out at the register and your sandwich is then made as you specified. Their bread is great, better than what I have had at other fast-food style sandwich shops. The Grinder is loaded with meat and I loved it. The Shrimp Po Boy is a disappointment, mainly because it uses breaded shrimp that doesn’t taste much like shrimp. They also have a few crazy sandwiches, and an assortment of vegetarian choices as well. Unless you add bacon, double meat, or avocado, all the sandwiches are a flat rate (see menu). While more expensive than a place like Subway, you will likely agree it is worth it. I’ve been twice in a week, and plan to make it a regular visit during lunch.
