we went to Carrabas, Roger AR yesterday. That was our 4th time to Carras over the past 2 yrs. The thing I love the most about Carrabas is their food is always tastes very consistent. It was my 2nd time order the steak and the steak was cooked exactly how I described it to the waiter. I think the waiter was new so he got messed up with some entrees that were not supposed to come with side dishes and asked use for side dishes. When the entrees cam out, we asked about the side dishes… and they quickly just gave us the side dishes we asked for. The restaurant manager (I think) was a guy in his middle age… He made sure we had a good experience eating at Carrabas. Overall, this is the only $$ scale restaurant I am always happy with. I definitely recommend this place to anybody, especially ones who thinks Olive Garden is good… Carrabas is a huge step up from Olive Garden!

Best Italian in NWA!. My fianc and I love, love this place, we go at least once a month! Service is always wonderful, food is always amazing. My steak is always cooked to perfection. I have only ever had one dish that I didn’t care for, the muscles, but it is an Italian restaurant not a seafood restaurant so I wasn’t expecting it to be phenomenal. I highly recommend the wrapped pork tenderloin, the fig sauce on them is mouthwatering. All of the marsalas are wonderful also. They also offer free tastings of new menu items if you join their eclub, which makes for a very nice evening.Update: They no longer offer free tastings, now they charge $40 a person! This saddens me but I’m afraid this restaurant is going down hill. The older lady bartender needs to be fired, she makes terrible mixed drinks and they are only half full..with premium liquor this is unacceptable. The food this visit was only so-so.

Ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and bread, for a meal, a really nice girl meet me at the carry out drive up with my bag. I paid her and tipped her. I should have checked the bag! No bread, no napkins, no silverware, and a tiny serving of pasta with hardly any sauce! For only $15.00…( look like a side order not a entree !

Smelliest Most Rotten Food I’ve Ever Eatten. So last night I finally completed my lifelong quest: Find and eat the smelliest food on earth. Let me try to compare it to something people might be familiar with because it would be rude to say what it really smelled like. Imagine a locker room full of guys that haven’t washed their clothes all year and who just gorged themselves on taco bell, or imagine a 3 day old skunk carcass in the middle of July. Or just imagine the rotten milk you smelled two weeks after expiration or that Thanksgiving broccoli casserole that got lost in the back of your fridge until June. I’m rambling here, but I’m sure you’d like to know what kind of odiforous exotic dish this was, maybe the durian fruit? No, maybe that stinky fermented fish they have in Sweden? Nope. I’ve actually had that, but what I had last night was stinkier. It was the Fettuccine Weesie from Carrabbas Italian Grill. My stomach is a steel trap and I can eat almost anything, but I could only choke down half of it because the smell was so gag inducing, the food itself tasted ok. Was it supposed to smell like that? I’m doubtful. Lewel wanted me to send it back but after eating half of it, I wasn’t interested in eating anything else, ever again. So I’m glad I finally found the stinkiest food on earth, but I probably won’t go back for seconds.

Not impressed. Server was great, food… not so much. Entrees were cold and my scallops were under cooked. The side pasta was obviously pre cooked and the sauce was bland. My wife’s steak was over cooked but still edible. All and all not overly happy with meal. There are way to many restaurants in the area for anyone to not be on their game.

Love it!. I love love love this place! I have never had a bad experience with either the food or the service. The staff have always been friendly and the food is so good I make it a birthday tradition because I know it wont let me down.

Not Consistent! check your food might be undercooked. Carrabbas was always our favorite Italian restaurant. The calamari is always our favorite. I’ve always ordered the Polo Rosa Chicken and my husband loves the Chicken Bryan or the Filet Bryan. But unfortunately, Carrabbas is never consistent. Twice now, I’ve been served undercooked meals. My first time was a couple years ago. I already forgot about that, but it happened again for both me and my husband last weekend. We both have chicken for main entree, good thing I always check my food prior to eating, so I slice mine in between and shocked to see the chicken breast was still raw in the inside. I asked my husband to check his chicken too, and it was also raw in the inside. The managers and staff did correct the problem by redoing our ticket. But of course our appetite is somewhat loss at that time, our dining experience was already unsatisfactory. I also notice, Carrabbas don’t do enough to make things right for the customer, other restaurants will even waive the ticket, or provide complimentary dessert or vouchers. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact this is the second incident for me is somewhat disturbing. I strongly advise everyone dining in, to check your meals before eating. Hopefully Carrabbas can avoid this happening too often or take an extra mile in correcting problems when they occur.
