This was our first time eating here. Never again! Long wait yet several open tables. For being a steak house, my husbands steak was terrible. Nothing special about this place. Poor choice of beers, which they forgot to even bring me mine. Our waitress didn’t enjoy her job and it showed. The best thing about our meal were the free rolls! $75 dollar meal and so not worth it!
I had the ribs. They were pork ribs which are normally good. Not these pork ribs, they were dry and tough. Hard to chew. I can’t imagine what the steak must be like. The cheese fries were ok, but they lacked a super good flavor. The rolls were great and so were the green beans. I will not be coming back here.
Had a great waitress, the food was good. Prices are fair. This is our go to steak house.
Waitstaff embarrassed my ten year old for looking too old for kids menu. Nearly had to fill own drinks. Throwing peanut shells on the floor where they apparently also marinate the steaks .. Ribeye was gristly, obviously cooled for several minutes before being served.
Worst Service Ever…. We went to Colton’s tonight and got there around 6 pm. Had a fairly large group with 6 adults and 2 kids and we understood that it may be a little bit of a wait. When 7 pm came up and we still hadn’t been seated I asked the host how much longer it would be. She went back and spoke with the manager because she was new and didn’t honestly know how long it would be. When she came back she stated that the manager told her that they were running out of stuff in the back and she could not come out to speak with us. Then proceeded to say that it may be a smart choice to eat somewhere else. Really? Who honestly tells their customers that? We will not be back to this location ever again.
Loved this place until we got a side salad with a piece of post chewed gum in the bottom. We both about puked! Someone seriously needs to fire the prep person. That is unacceptable. We will not be back!
Choose Carefully. Good steaks, great fried pickles, good chicken tenders and LOVE the sweet potatoes. Not so great: ribs, mashed potatoes, and grilled chicken. Always had good service. Drinks are a bit pricier than other comparable places.
