Third time trying the chain at various locations. Consistently mediocre ribs if not the worst. The ribs are overcooked and flavorless, because they essentially steam it by keeping them warm in plastic wrap with cooking them beforehand. The ribs fall apart but are very compacted, like your colon would be if you eat too much of this junk. Famous Dave’s and Whole Hog puts this BBQ ribs to shame. Never again.
First time but it won’t be the last!. My husband and I stopped in after smelling the goodness from the Promenade mall and it did not disappoint! Best BBQ I’ve had in a long time, I’ll be trying those ribs on our next visit!
Great Barbecue. Great barbecue and excellent sauce. The ice cream cone machine is a nice touch. This is a nice new clean place. I just hope the help eventually learns the food and menu prices. My first trip in I asked for coleslaw on the side instead of on the sandwich. This simple request created so much confusion I was amazed. Second trip I purchased a pound of sausage. Menu board says $9 but I was charged $12. Not sure why the 33% premium but I’ll watch next time. (if there is a next time) Too many great BBQ places around here to pay a premium.
Great BBQ served up by super folks. I’ve now visited this Dickey’s location twice—love the food; love the people. Kameron, Sam, Gustavo—the kind of guys who instantly make you feel welcome and who take a personal interest in your Dickey’s experience. They ride for the brand, which is a quality oftentimes hard to find in an employee.I can’t say enough nice things about the food either. Love the new bun choice, btw. Looking forward to more visits and a tall glass of their most excellent iced tea!
Dickey’s has by far the best BBQ I’ve ever had! The food is very fresh & tasty. Such a friendly environment & excellent service!
Our family went for dinner there on Sunday at 530pm. They were out of brisket and out of turkey. A newly opened restaurant should be sure to have their full menu available at all times especially during dinner hours. The food we did order was sub par. The pulled pork was very dry and the ribs squishy and fatty. Probably wont be back.
