Frustrated and disappointed. Guess I just need to give up. Love a good bagel sandwich, but every visit has had issues. I’ve tried to figure out how to contact the franchise, but so far unable. Frequently, bagels are smashed flat. The thinly sliced meat is great in theory, but since the slices are always still stuck together, not separated, it’s like getting a single slab of meat. I order toasted, but the bagel is never toasted. I always do drive-thru, so I never know til I’m gone and back on the road which part didn’t get done right. Today, the bagel wasn’t toasted as ordered. They asked if I wanted mustard, I told them I did not. I got mustard. I ordered avacado. I was charged 0.90 for a single sliver of avacado. They did not smash the bagel, which was nice, since I did request that. And the meat slices were not separated. Again, frustrated and disappointed. This could be a really great place. But it’s not.
Had a great cinnamon bagel this morning. Fantastic service. Everybody was hustling and going above and beyond. Plus they had Mr. Pibb, which I loved. 🙂
Bagels are delicious..put sandwich too pricey
This is a neat little place to eat while working on your laptop. They have free wifi, and lots of outlets, so you will notice quite a few if their diners are doing this. I usually only come here when I have a friend from out of town that has work to do. That being said, the bagels here, and the different topping you can get on them, are very delicious. But BEWARE, it’s pretty expensive. Especially when after you’re done eating, you’re still hungry. The two of us have spent an easy $20-$25 on a meal that consisted of 3 bagel sandwiches, 2 fruit cups, and 2 drinks. The third bagel was bought, because one just didn’t seem like enough. Overall, I’d say the food is good, the price is too high, and their system of ordering your meal seems a little time consuming and confusing. Not sure why you have to order your meal at one station, and then walk down to the other and pay for it. Seems like they could take your money at the time of order.
Very first time eating there and I found it to be very good and fresh. The tomatoes, lettuce and potatoes salad fresh. Sandwiches made right then and there with friendly staff.
Great anytime. They serve breakfast all day long, but once I found out that they had a great selection of lunch sandwiches I have been going back more and more. Nice staff, love the add a cookie idea for 99 cents!
Undecided. This seems to be the only place around to get a bagel or bagel sandwich. I get the vegi sandwich, but it is served on a cold bagel?!! Now what’s the point of a bagel sandwich if it is not toasted? I just don’t understand it, but I keep coming back because I’ll crave a bagel sandwich. Also the service is terrible, they are rude and uninformative, you have to ask about every option, they don’t offer you your choices. They mess up the order in the drive-thru. Potato salad is good. Like the bagel dogs, but would like bagel dogs from anywhere, just can’t find them in stores out here.
