Cheese Fries 1/2 Order. If you like cheese fries with all the fixings, you will like these! Fries not too soggy. The ranch is very good too.
Diner from Fort Smith. Met some friends for a quick bite. We had salads and 1 order of chicken strips. Waited over 40 minutes for food (salad!!) and not everyone got their order. Waitress was extremely hateful, THREW our ticket on the table and walked off without a word. Did I mention they WERE NOT busy?? Will never give them my business again.
We came in and ate and our potato skins were cold. We sent them back and our waitress apologized. The manager( tall blonde) never came over to ask us how we were doing, what if anything could make our experience better. Instead she rolled her eyes at us and made us feel as though we were a huge inconvenience…we will NOT eat at this grubs again. Definitely hit up the two Fayetteville locations
Drunk waitress. Stopped in for a burger and NCAA hoops. Waitress was either drunk or stoned. She could barely take my order. She stopped by the table and asked what I had ordered. While she was asking, the server walked up with my food. The people sitting at the tables next to me were laughing at her as well. Sad. Sure hope she isn’t driving herself home after her shift. Food was good, by the way.
They have the worst service ever. Were told we would have a table in 15 minutes. After 50 minutes we were finally seated. Then we asked the waitress if they could rush our food. And nearly 40 minutes later we finally got our food. All of is only ordered burger and fries. Then had a large event there this afternoon. What a cluster! Never will go there again!
Love grubs, The staff is great and the atmosphere is excellent. I will be back again. Is my third trip.
I’ll be back…. Tried this place for lunch with my co-workers. I had never been to the one in Fayetteville, but everyone said it was good. Service was prompt, but the place was not busy at 11AM since the lunch hour had barely started. The waitress was there immediately and our food was delivered promptly. I had the Chicken BBQ Nachos for my lunch. I expected it to be like BBQ nachos I have had at other restaurants with baked beans, pulled pork/chicken, cheese and BBQ. However, it was a little simpler than that. It appeared as though each individual chip was prepared separately. Each chip had a couple of pieces of chicken on them, BBQ sauce, and then a layer of mixed cheese. If I picked one chip up, the chip under it had the same even layering… So, while it wasn’t really nachos like I was expecting, it was quite good. The portion was more than enough for me and I shared some with the table. Overall, I am looking forward to trying more from the menu.
