I read the reviews and this place sounded great. Did not notice they were from 2011! This place sucks. The food on the buffet was old and tasted terrible. Will never go back to this restaurant.
Went there today for the first time since shortly after they opened. We have – honestly – never had such bad food. All of us are sitting around the house miserable right now. My nine year old son said we should have asked for a refund. My Wife tried to order something fresh cooked from the menu rather than eat from the buffet. The young lady serving us wouldn’t do that and ‘suggested’ she eat from the pile ‘O stuff in the middle. One remarkable item was the fermented pineapple chunks on the fruit pile. One could catch a small buzz from eating it. Thirty seven dollars for two and a child. Bad choice.
Can I give this place negative stars????? I just left there beyond pissed off because this is the second time that one of the waitstaff has accused me of not paying my bill.It was the same exact person each time. And I would have thought that he would have learned to check his facts before accusing a person of stealing from them.The food is edible at best. The service has went downhill dramatically for any person that does not go there regularly [ and I did go there regularly until the previous accusation ].If they continue to treat their PAYING customers like this, it will not be much longer and there will be a different restaurant in that building. I will not return there again until some other business in there. Preferably one that understands customer service.
Geez Clean and get fresh food out.. Everywhere you look it is dirty. Bathrooms are nasty. Dust in the vents so thick it looks like shag carpet and things stuck to the ceiling that patrons have contributed. Just pay attention and you will see the dirtiness of things like ledges and tops of buffet glass. Food is dried out and many things were not fresh. The peas in the rice almost took out my teeth so hard. Take some time and clean and show that you care about what kind of establishment you are running.
Food was old.. I went last sunday with my family after church…. parking lot was full so we thought it must be good….Everything on the buffet was old food that has been cooked a few times over and over again. We all had a cup of icecream and the kids ate a few chicken nuggets and we left. I would never go back….
Great Place To Eat. Ran across this restaurant on the way back to Fayetteville yesterday and stop to try it out. They had a good variety of food to select from. The food was very good, the service was better than most. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. The buffet was constantly being wiped down and kept clean and restocked. All the meats were tender and easy to eat. Food had flavor and no bland dishes. Beat the Chinese Restaurant in Fayetteville and Springdale hands down. We eat at restaurants about every day. We’re getting ready to go back up to Rogers right now and pay them another visit. I don’t understand some of these complaints. Some people are just whiners and can’t be pleased. (even with their own cooking). My suggestion is go try it for yourself. And you be the judge. A++
Hibachi Grill! Been here a few times, love the grill! Last time I came In I was in line to pay up front when an awful couple complains pretty much yelling at the manager. I get we all don’t like the same things but some people have no self control. It’s not like everyone has a good day all the time. But I do mostly recommend going during the weekEND! I’ve been during the week days and yes it is pretty slow but seriously give it a try!
