The building is big, the buffet is big, the taste, not so much. While the 9 different food islands appeared promising the quality fell short from the sushi to the entres. I went at lunchtime so I didn’t experience the shortage of items or the cold food others have mentioned, however Hibachi Grill, unfortunately like many other Chinese buffets, recycles the old food instead of replacing with a new pan. I’m not sure how this is accepted by the health department, apparently it is, but it’s gross and to me is very telling of an establishments view of their customers. I resorted to following the person restocking the buffet to get fresh food, but they mixed the leftovers in so I had to pick around them. Even the fresh food was mediocre at best. They do offer a hibachi station to create your own dish, but the ingredients didn’t look appealing. Other than plates being removed, service was nil. No refills, never asked if I needed anything or how the food was; they know…I use to travel extensively. At one time you could find a good Chinese buffet almost anywhere but not anymore. I’m not sure what happened but I’m done with them.

Sushi seemed to have been sitting far longer than it should have been. Needless to say I will never be returning to this s**t hole and as I sit here on the porcelain throne, while my insides pour out of my burning sphincter, I am posting this review to multiple sites in hopes of warning the masses of the eminent pain that follows a meal at this poorly ran establishment.
