Really good lunch. It started with chips that had flavor and crunch along with terrific hot and mild Salsas. The #2 lunch special consist of a beef tamale and guacamole tostada. Both were as good as Ive had in a chain style Mexican restaurant in many years. My wifes burrito wasnt as impressive but good. Both lunches were reasonably priced and came out very quickly. Our server was nice thou she kind of disappeared on us. Overall Im impressed, thats saying a lot for this type of Mexican place. I look forward to a visit at dinner time to explore the menu deeper.
Very good fajitas, guacamole and chips. We were placed in a strange place, directly in front of the entrance doors which is also right across from the waitstaff and kitchen. All the other tables were inside a big dining room to the side of us or behind us in a different room. Felt so awkward. There was plenty of room in either one so why there? Weird. The food was good, waitress was very sweet and prices were okay. We’ll try again and perhaps the entire awkward thing will disappear. Part of a good dining experience is being comfortable. This was NOT.
