Same old story. Not like this is a new story. Ordered to go. Got home with cold french fries instead of coleslaw. Shrimp tastes like stale grease. Fish weren’t bad but the same frozen stuff can be bought at any store for far less. It appears a really good scrub down is in order. It’s is surprising how a place like this can stay open.

I sat 3 different times, each telling me to sit and wait.btjey said they were very busy at the drive rhru I td them I shod be getting my order as I waited 15 minutes as it was. Finally got me order. Or what I thought was my order. Got home. Looked like the soles on shoes. And wS missing 1/2.rhe order! I tried calling the store back. They wouldn’t answer the phone. And o tried on 2 different phonesWe will NEVER go back. I called the corporate number and left a message because you cannot talk to anyone. No return call. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. Hope people read these comments and stay far awayDisgusting restaurant!!!
Yuck!. My husband and I ate at the Rogers, AR location on Sunday this past weekend. The floor had so much grease on it, that you stuck to it when you walked. The floor looked as if it hadn’t been swept in a week, we waited for over 20 minutes for food and when we went to get the condiments, the wall was smothered in old ketchup, etc. How disgusting! I will NEVER eat there again!
Store dirty. When I walked into the restaurant there was a strong order, the floor was not clean and table tops were sticky. It was way to cold to enjoy the stay long. Some folks ate outside and returned the vinigar and hot sauce. This place has really gone down hill not sure why. The other place on 8 th st in Rogers is cleaner and the folks are friendlier. I will most likely go there instead of the one on walnut.
Just tear this place down and start from scratch. I love the food here, but honestly, they need to tear the building down and start over. The bathrooms are FALLING APART. Ladies Room Door is hard to open from the inside. one of the stalls was out of order, and the other one did not have a lock, and because they have a pedestal sink, there is no where to sit my purse down.Invest in your customers experience and they will reward you with their loyalty!
