Service was really slow, causing the food to come out cool. Brought our steak sauce out 15 minutes before the food…it’s supposed to be served hot, made fresh at the table with your food. Manager was friendly, probably need to clean house and get rid of the weak ones. Plenty of good workers looking for jobs to keep poor employees.
Horrible Place and services!!. We ordered ribeye and prime rib,took them over an hour to bring us our food,I had to ask for our roll,server was slow ,took forever for our salad . I didn’t understand why she was the only server that night , while there where other server there doing nothing and on top of that the place wasn’t even busy!! Don’t waste ur time nor money ..
Horrible service and food! Never going back!. After waiting over an hour to get a seat we placed our orders within 10 minutes. Then we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. I ordered a medium-well done steak and sweet potato. My steak was rare (mostly red) and my sweet potato was too sweet. Didn’t finish either one. The main reason we went there was for my mom’s birthday. I had told the lady that it was her birthday (thinking they did some singing or something small) but apparently they do nothing for birthdays. At least she could have let me know that when I told her this. This was not only mine but my family’s first and last time there.
Amazing food and service. We enjoyed it very much and will be back. Our server, Toby, was very professional.
Poreterhouse Steak. This porterhouse looked as pretty as a steak ever has. Worthy of a photo for a commercial. Almost a shame to cut into it. I like my steaks rare, that is trim the horns and cut off the tail and lead it to the table rare. This steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and as tender as a steak can ever be. Its a 20 ounce steak and will certainly satisfy any carnivore.02 Sep, 2014As a general rule I shy away from chain steak restaurants because most serve tiny tough tasteless steaks. Reluctantly my wife and I took another couple to Long Horn because they seemed to like it. I almost wonder if some of these reviewers ate at the same place we did.We started with a Best of Long Horn sampler which is shrimp, stuffed mushrooms and chicken wraps. It was splendid and the price was excellent. My companions had a filet, a ribeye, a sirloin and I had a porterhouse. My porterhouse arrived looking as pretty as a steak ever has. Maybe next time… All agreed that their own was cooked to their liking and were very happy. A real plus is that they offer Worcestershire sauce which most places dont.My only criticism is the salad. On a scale of 1 to 10 Id give it a three. Theyd do well to slip over to Outback for a lesson on how to make the perfect salad. Great service, nice atmosphere and extremely clean combined with great food will certainly bring me back. This is not your average chain restaurant. I wont need a salad with a 30 ounce porterhouse anyway. Thats my idea of a real steak.
Service was fair. But the kitchen is very slow. We were there at 2 pm for lunch. There were only 6 other people. So I don’t understand why it took so long!!
Porterhouse for Two. We had the porterhouse for two and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. The table side steak sauce comes with it and was interesting, but not needed as the steak was seasoned well. Our server was excellent, my glass was never empty, but he was not there more than he needed to be. The only minor issue was that the lobster tail I ordered did not come out with the steak. They apparently forgot about it. When I brought it to the waiters attention he apologized and quickly brought it to me on the house.
