Yes I know this is a diner chain. But they do it so well!!! Really fast friendly service but good down home yummy diner food. What’s not to love about that? I like breakfast here, their eggs are cooked perfectly, their omelettes are filled with whatever you want, they have no issue when you get the crazy cravings and asked them to mix things up 😀 and I appreciate that very much. And while we’re at it, how about that chili size? Messy goodness right? And if you’re already on that bad girl train don’t forget the fried pickles, fried mushrooms, flings (half fries/half rings) and fried tomatoes! All dipped in ranch of course 🙂 Oh my goodness, I’m going to have to go wash. I feel delightfully greasy just writing about all this! So good! And I should add the prices are very reasonable. Try it!
Love this place. Have eaten at both locations (Fayetteville & Rogers, AR) & you can expect the same great food & service from both. Be sure to go hungry. Both times I had to bring home leftovers. The hamburgers are the best are. Hand-made, no frozen patty from here. More fries than can be eaten at one time. Have also had the turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, jellied cranberry & rolls. Wasn’t too crazy about the dressing, though. Not enough sage for me. Would highly recommend either location. Wish there was one closer to the Bentonville area!! Great pies, especially when it is free. Next time I need to try the breakfast menu.
Went here a few times and their food really hit the spot! Even though the service was so-so. However, they messed up my order once (hair in food) and my boyfriend managed to talk them into a free to-go order later on. I guess that upset someone because as I took a bite into my baked potato there was something hard, when I pulled it out my mouth I couldn’t comprehend what I saw and threw it on the ground while thinking of possible reasons… I checked and it wasn’t mine or my boyfriend’s- A FINGERNAIL WAS IN MY FOOD. A FINGERNAIL. SOMEONE CHEWED OFF THEIR FINGERNAIL AND PUT IT IN MY FOOD. This place has traumatized me and I work in the food industry. Needless to say I haven’t been back.
The best thing about Lucy’s is their hours!!! If you need a chocolate chip waffle and jalapeo peppered hash browns at 3AM, they’ve got you covered. And while I’m on the subject, their waffles and hash browns are perfect. It has better taste and better prices than any diner chain out there.
The food is mediocre and the service is horrible. I went once and was not pleased and decided to try it again only to be left with the same result. I will probably never go back again.
Loved it! A 24 hr restaurant that serves breakfast a day? Yes!! The food is exceptional- I especially loved the hashbrowns and biscuit.
Has become the absolute worst place to eat. After ours experience today we will never eat there again. Which is upsetting because we used to eat there once a week. They have started running a dance studio, a daycare, and a bordello out of the restaurant. It with all this going around they had no time to take care of the customers orders. And when they finally got around to taking care of your needs as a customer they would tell you how much of a nuisance you were. Needless to say they will never receive another dime from my pocket.
