    Good food! Very tex-mex, but still good. They have a bar now too. Queso is pretty good. Not authentic Mexican food. Always have good, quick servers and the place is pretty clean. The salsa is really good as well. Large portions and low prices.

    After all the hype I heard about this place, I was pretty excited to have this for dinner last Thursday night. In the end, though, I was really disappointed. The ‘Pancho Special’ consisted of one cheese enchilada (in chili sauce), one chicken enchilada (in sour cream sauce), rice and beans.When I opened up the take-out container, it was all mixed together and nothing looked that appetizing. However, I reluctantly dug in, but still wasn’t that impressed. It was all bland and the refried beans had a weird acidic taste. Thumbs up to the chips & mild salsa, though… much better than the plain tomato sauce I was expecting. If I’m back in the area, I’ll probably stick with nachos. mybakingheart.com

    Bad service. The food was pretty good, but it always takes FOREVER from the time we order to when it arrives at our table.The waiters seem biased as to which tables they check on from time to time, and seem apathetic to everything else. Last time I went with my friends, while we all were on our lunch break from work. Obviously, we don’t have all the time in the world.Also, for however many employees there seem to be someone different is out on the floor every few minutes, you would think everyone would be helped quickly. NOPE. It seems they like to tag team 3-5 people to work the floor/register while everyone else hides in the back doing god-knows-what.Bottom line is, we walked out to head back to work over an hour and a half late.

    When we got here the restaurant was only approximately 1/4 full with customers. There was no host or hostess. We were the only people in the lobby and had to wait about 5 minutes or someone to show up to seat us. We were only a party of three. We were seated and ordered quickly. It took approximately 50 minutes for us to get our food. Other tables around us that were seated after us received their food first. The service was horrible. Food was decent, not great but not horrible. Service absolutely sucked.

    Bentonville location better. This was my second time to Maria’s in Rogers. Several months ago I was with friends who had been before, and they hadn’t been impressed but were willing to try again. This time the food was average, service was good. I took my father there in October and I was so surprised how terrible our experience was. There were only six tables being served, our food was barely warm, service was poor, and the place was somewhat dirty. I have eaten many, many times (over many years) at the Maria’s in Bentonville and it is 100 times better in all areas and always has been consistent in quality. I do not plan to return to the Maria’s in Rogers.

    Horrible Service Bad Attitude. Went to lunch at Maria’s yesterday. It was after the big rush. Ordered the lunch fajitas. Customers who came in 10 minutes after us got their food first. When food finally arrived, it was cold. When I told waiter the problem, he went to get a manager. Manager arrived and asked WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? – like I was the problem. This was the 3rd time for having bad service in 4 months. Will not be going back.
