Didn’t mind the 30 minute wait for a table. But when the server goes to the table next to us 4 times in 30 minutes, turns her back on us and never acknowledge that we are there. We asked for the manager when we got up to leave and he acted like he didn’t care. Wish we had read the reviews before hand.
Second time in a row had bad experience. Took forever to get our food. Only ordered a couple of sandwiches. Got my order wrong. Waiter didn’t refill our drinks, or asked how our meal was. Won’t be back!
Rude!!. My husband and I went to eat there, We asked for a booth they set us at a table. Then it took them forever to take our drink order. My husband order steak well done and it was dry and no flavor!!! Never will go back!!!! The waiters are rude
Not worth it.. We dined for the first and last time at Mimi’s Cafe tonight. The service was incredibly slow and the food when it finally arrived was not good and not worth the wait. My daughter’s chicken fingers looked appetizing, but they were tasteless due to a lack of salt. The croutons on the salad were overly peppered, and the French pot roast was more fat than roast. We will not be returning.
NWA Food Critic Undercover. I have visited Mimi’s Cafe numerous times as a solo diner to group dining. Each time I have been there it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It is clean and comfortable atmosphere. Noise level is minimal so it makes it easier to carry on conversation. The food is great! I have had many things on the menu and so far I have had no dislikes. I especially like the quiche, muffins, and salads and of course the tomato basil soup! I would recommend this place to anyone.
No complaints. Fantastic potatoes, great eggs. The Bloody Mary was pretty standard. Happy with the meal. Located in the promenade area, next to the market grocery store.
Okay food but bartender was our waiter. Completely disappeared between appearances at table. If we wanted something — and apparently we didn’t– we were out of luck. Not going back.
