Mimis has come a long ways…for the better. Their new menu has great selections. The wait staff are very friendly, but most importantly, they make your dining experience pleasurable. Rhea and Rose are sweethearts.
I got the Quiche for breakfast and it was good, but they are pre made then they microwave it to heat it up. Unfortunately it showed with the crust not being flaky with a crisp, it was soft and as it cooled the crust became stiff.
