We enjoyed great service, atmosphere and food on our visit to this wonderful family owed and operated Italian restaurant. Napoli’s has that dark rustic upscale vibe I like in a classic Italian eatery. I was shocked at the prices, way below what I expected for the quality. Some of the reviews, especially older reviews from 1 or 2 review people are puzzling. Worthy to note, no pictures accompanied these reviews. Also of note, reviews from more experienced reviewers tend to be far more positive or even glowing. Our family tried a wide variety of dishes from the Calamari appetizer, the Pasta Combo, Veal Parmigiana and Pepperoni Pizza. Everything, including the fresh baked bread and spiced olive oil were terrific, only the calamari fell short and it wasn’t bad, just not as impressive as the other dishes. We had a very attentive, professional waiter and we noticed much of the wait staff spoke Italian. For those looking for nouveau Italian cuisine that you need a translator to help order this isn’t it. Nor is it meant to appeal to the fast food / chain crowd. Napoli’s is what Olive Garden wishes it could be. It’s what they rip off but miss the soul of as they rake in the cash from people that think they know what Italian food is.
