I went here because I’ve never been to a PF Chang’s and wanted to see what the hubbub was about. Really disappointed.I know it’s a corporate chain and I expected corporate food, but this was bad even for chain standards.Everything was clearly frozen then either fried or microwaved. I don’t think a single thing we ordered was fresh.All of this would be fine though if it wasn’t $25 a person.
I don’t know what’s going on at this restaurant but the service was just okay. The food was decent but it was in very small amounts and really really expensive. It didn’t used to be this way. They used to give you a lot of food, they still used to charge a pretty decent amount but at least they gave you lots of food.
Had a 7:00 reservation. At 7:15 after they seated many walk-ins, I asked how much longer. 5 minutes later they took us in to a spot were there was no seating, seated more walk-ins and took us back to the waiting area. 5 minutes later I told the manager we would not be back. He followed us out asking what the problem was. This was about 7:30. I explained the issue and he said he was sorry but they were busy. When asked about walk-in priority over reservation he again just said he was sorry. No attempt to accommodate or anything. Don’t make a reservation, it moves you behind anyone else that may just walk up. Sorriest excuse for a manager I have ever met.
Our waitress was fantastic, a summer temp no doubt, but super nonetheless. The food fits the bill – good and filling. Please remember that this is NW Arkansas’s first ‘high end’ chain restaurant and it’s seen as something of a phenomenon, really special.
Ate here in the past and also their Pei Wei franchise. At Promenade, we were not disappointed…great service and flavors that are out of this world. Can’t wait to go back.
Not. I felt as though if I moved I would break something. The food tasted blan at best. I am sure the same taste as the frozen take home dinners. The food was blah, colorless, tasteless and the servers lacked personality. The only thing good was the over prices cocktails… Will not return.. Also for that price I should not have had to sit next to screaming babies.. I guess my first hint it would be a bomb would be its location to the mall….. Will not return
We did not care for it. Over priced and food had no flavor. Looked and tasted like frozen tv dinners.
