Another good meal at RR. Food is always great here. Burger was just as ordered. Cheese curds and fried mushroom appetizer was great. Everything was fresh and hot and was brought out very quickly (we showed up around 1:30). Make sure you get some ranch for your fries! Didn’t see much of our waiter which wasn’t a huge deal, but we could have used a refill or two.
I really like this place for a fast lunch with friends. The waitstaff is so friendly, the food comes out quickly just as you ordered it and you are taken care of even though it’s crowded. I really love the Mad Burger when they have, the southern charm, the smoke & pepper burger and of course the fries! But I’m not just into the burgers. I also love the avocado cobb chicken salad they make. It’s incredibly good and so big you can split it with your friend. This Red Robin is clean, well staffed and a good place to eat.
Just okay is about the best I can say. You pay too much for what you get and the service is typical if what you would expect at a place where the oldest employee is 22. They are just there marking time till their next job so they could care less about giving good service. Like normal the food is nothing special but you pay a special price for it.
SUB PAR. Well drove over to dat from Tulsa and ate my breckfast LOLat 130 pm and decided to try the fish and chips. The fish was tastless I think a little peper and salt would go a long way the fryes were OK and the smokey dip was real good but I had to ask my waiter for it for a second time. Speking of service I was very disapointed he forgot I was drinking tea and sent one of the ladys to retake my drink order then when he did come by the table he never asked me if i wanted any thing I will never go back very disapointed. I saw the manager he never walked around in the 1 hr I was there.
Excellent food, excellent service. I’m not a chain restaurant kind of guy, but I have been really surprised by Red Robin as of late. I’ve been here three or four times recently and it has been excellent. My wife and I have been really impressed with everything we’ve ordered, and the servers are excellent.The entire staff here is great – from the cooks to the management. This is a great place to get a burger.
Enjoyed my meal. Went there last night, spur of the moment decision: Go home and cook and pull in their parking lot.Been a few years since I visited a Red Robin. No reason, just haven’t stopped.Last night I ordered the Red’s Big Tavern Burger and opted for an additional burger patty. I also got the Fiery toppings, which was ghost pepper sauce with fried and fresh jalapenos. I am still thinking about that burger a day later, and yes, in a good way. It was delicious.For dessert, the Blue Moon milkshake, made with soft serve, Blue Moon, Cointreau and orange juice. Didn’t know what to expect but I figured, Columbus took a chance, so why not me? It was great! I’ll get another one next time I stop in.
It has always been overpriced for what you get, a hamburger. Went there recently and received an ice cold burger. Finally got the waiter to come back (after my wife and son had finished half of their meal) and he took it away. Came back (after my wife and son were done) and brought a new burger. Second one was barely above room temperature. Won’t go back.
