Sam’s is a favorite place for my brother and I to take our elderly relatives for a treat or to entertain our out of town guests. The food is always outstanding, but it is really the kind service we receive that keeps us returning. The waitresses, especially Annette, never fail to remember us and make our family members feel special. We are absolutely grateful for the special attention they give us. We love you!!!

We’ve been to Sam’s three times now. Twice for lunch and once for breakfast. The Samasaurus Burger is incredible! They make crazy good sweet potato fries! The onion rings and fried pickles are good. The pork tenderloin sandwich is very good. The breakfast is all around great diner style breakfast which is just hard to beat. It’s always clean, the waitresses are very friendly and we’ve loved the food. It’s also very nice that you can get all the pickles and peppers you want from the pickle bar! The cost is VERY reasonable. The dinosaurs…well…that’s a whole different review….

The chili cheeseburger is the singular most messy, least pick-up-able burger I have ever encountered, but that’s AOK… you can eat it with a spoon, and it’s still delectable. tiedyetravels.com

Very disappointed. I’ve heard so much about this place, decided to go check it out. Ordered a burger and fries to go, thought I’d never get it. Waited way to long for a sub-standard burger and the fries weren’t any better. Won’t go back.

New restaurant. This location has been here for a little while and I have eaten here multiple times. The food has been sub par IN THE PAST but when I went today it was like a new restaurant. The food was hot and fresh. I got a 2/3 pound double cheese burger with fries. The burger was amazing and fries where good( little under cooked ). My grandpa got the chicken fried steak, that was delicious. Hands down the best I have ever tried. If you have not been to Sam’s old time burgers lately you have not been to Sam’s yet.

Not Good. My family (me, husband, 8, 2 and 1 year old) went on Friday August 16th. We ordered fried pickle slices. They were out in about 20 minutes and were way way to salty to even eat. Our children were so so hungry and we kept waiting, and waiting, but finally about 40 minutes later we got our dinner. The meat on my Ruben was extremely dried out, my son’s rib was definitely microwaved and my husband’s pulled pork sandwich was cold, and I mean cold. And, there was such lil meat on it. Too, bad cause we live 2 miles up the road and could’ve been regular’s. $36.00 of old cold nasty food. Nice staff though. Never ever going back.

Very Bad Experience. On 7/5/2014 myself and a group of 6 others went here after a wonderful day on Beaver Lake. Got there and ordered our food. An hour later it came out after we complained to Beverly the manager that we were going to leave. One of the orders got lost and amazingly they were able to make it in about 10 minutes (why not 10 minutes on everyone else?). Ribs were warm and dry, beans cold, cold slaw tasteless. Beverly took of the cost of two milkshakes (WOW). This is a place that just lost 7 people’s business.
