Tried the Pad Thai and was really hoping to like it. Called in a take out order. A large group came in just before I got there to pick my food up so it was a little late; not a big deal. The Pad Thai with Pork was good. Not the best I’ve had though. It was very sweet and had more of a red sauce than the typical brown peanut sauce that I tend to favor. It was very fresh and hot right out of the pan when they brought it out. Can’t really complain I guess. It was good. Just not my favorite.
Best Thai food we’ve found. Everything is cooked fresh by the owner, which means the orders can easily get backed up but it’s more than worth the wait. Don’t let the threadbare appearance dissuade or concern you either (that ripped seat cushion just isn’t important!) The food will bring you back repeatedly! Food Great…BUT. The food is quite good. however the restaurant dining area itself is filthy dirty…stained carpets, dirty menus, glass tabletops have greasy film on them and stains, Dusty, ext, ext..makes me wonder about the kitchen, but again food is good, and staff friendly, so just make sure u do takeout..not a place to impress your date on night out
I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Usually the food is awesome! However, everyone in awhile,veggies are mushy and way overlooked. The service however is pitiful. There is usually one waitstaff for the entire restaurant (as he serve and cashier) even during the busy lunch hour and she is hoppin, but unable to keep up. I have been eating here for a long time and this has always been the case. Therefore,I only come when I have an hour or more. Also they only have one bottle of shiracha. REALLY? If someone gets it before you, tough stuff!
Charged for non- edible good. I tried the garlic chicken and asked for mild. It was too spicy hot and I couldn’t eat it. I was given a 10% discount.
