A delightful diner breakfast find in a sea of wannabe imposters. While the building has age that only lends to its authenticity to me. Its clean and we had terrific service almost like we were regulars (we will be after this visit!) Theres a certain smell a real Omelette has fresh off the flattop I hadnt experienced in years yet there it was as our waitress delivered our breakfasts. I had the veggie and it was stuffed full of mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and tomato. Unlike some of the veggie variety Ive had in the past, it wasnt runny from the water from the vegetables. The real star of the show was the Pecan Waffle. They create the Belgian style here and do it perfectly. Light and airy with a crispness to the very outside, delicious! The sweet sugar crusted pecans are amazing. Also of note were perfectly cooked hash browns and a good but not exceptional biscuit and gravy. I have no idea how long Waffle Hut has been at this location thou Id guess at least since the 70s by the building and decor. I certainly hope it remains for many years to come.

I really enjoy this place it has an old diner atmosphere that is comfortable. They no longer have any cigarette residue on the walls and ceilings from when they allowed smoking it has been cleaned up very good. The food is awesome similar to IHOP I suppose but better and cheaper. Great service too. Give it a shot I highly recommend it!

Diner atmosphere. Clean and good service. Pancake was a bit tough but everything else was tasty.
Looks like an ashtray, smoke ridden but the best breakfast in nwa for the money
