I have never been to a sonic in Russellville that got my order right. They are always slow and my order has never been correct. Even during non peak hours, service is not good.
Not a good choice. At the restaurant on W Main, I have experienced several instances where I received something other than what I ordered. Usually, it is just a drink, and, they replace it with what I ordered. But that takes time. Oh, and, on May 3, it took almost 50 minutes to get my drink after reminding them several times that I was still waiting. Done with Sonic!!!
Avoid this location. I live about 2 blocks from this Sonic, but have stopped visiting it, instead opting to drive across town to 4th street or Parkway.The problems are the food and lengthy wait times for drinks. The food just isn’t that good here. Also, I like to have extra ice, but this Sonic RARELY gives me extra and even at times seems to give me less than normal.
