Ordered cajun burger, with cajun fries and reeses peanutbutter cup milkshake. Burger was good but was over seasoned so much it was salty. The seasoning they use on this burger is really good when seasoned right. Cajun fries are spot on good!!! Milkshake had peanutbutter cup chunks so big it made the straw useless. It kept collapsing. Going back again to try the cheese steak burger…..
Staff needs training. I am not sure if there is ever a manager. Nice servers, but a lack of proper training. Food is good with a nice facility. Just not run well at all. No one is overseeing this place.
Day is Saturday, time- party of 3 arrived a little before 2 pm. Drive through seems backed up. Checked in and we were given a pager and told 25 minute wait. We were seated around 2:20. Order was taken within a few minutes and drinks came shortly after. About 10 minutes later the shake came. Food came around 2:50. Two grilled cheese burgers and a frisco – all were cold. Not just lukewarm but like taking a burger that sat to room temp and then putting refrigerated cheese and pickles on it – COLD. Seems they were paying most attention to the busy drive through. First time eating here and not impressed. Shake was good. That’s the only positive I can say.
