This place is lit so dimly and the noise is so loud. And the dcor is kinda odd. Ordered the sashimi boat, Philly roll and spicy tuna roll. The sashimi wasn’t bad, good selection, salmon was really good. Philly roll was really good, cream cheese to fish/ rice amounts were spot on. Spicy tuna roll was odd but good, seems like every restaurant does spicy tuna roll differently . . personally there’s to many people in this building when busy and it gets really really loud. Loud enough the waitresses have to shout. And the dcor is kinda well .. Strip club ish….
Absolutely terrible service! We had to wait 15 minutes just to be seated when there were empty seats all over the place. Our drinks stayed empty most of the meal. We didn’t get some of the food we ordered. It took FOREVER to get the food they actually brought us. I had to send back a sushi roll because it literally had more spicy mayo on top of it than there actually was sushi. They didn’t offer to bring me something else instead, didn’t even apologize for the food being inedible. And then they refused to take the sushi roll off of my ticket and argued with me about it. I was here on my lunch break and it took us about an hour and a half start to finish to get all of our food and get our tickets. Never in my life have I eaten somewhere with such awful customer service that they refuse to fix your order or ticket for food that you send back for being inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I will not be going back!
