What a gem! It’s always good. The staff makes great suggestions & is also accommodating to food restrictions (dairy). The place is always busy which is a good thing. Prices very reasonable.
I adore this place! The homemade horchata and strawberry agua fresca are to die for and that’s before you slather everything in sight with their salsa verde. I went in for breakfast to try the place out before I took my spouse and the woman running the register was amazingly helpful. She let me sample drinks and gave me a rundown of the menu after I’d ordered the taco combo (#4). Squeezing like on everything in sight is my way to dig into tacos. I can’t stop talking about their pork tacos which are served with pineapple wedges. The meat is cooked with a spice rub with cinnamon in it which might sound strange but you have to try it. They offer plenty of options for picky eaters too, which was perfect for my spouse who is a pescatarian.Day or night, eat here. It’s affordable, delicious, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Also, they have some of the best refried beans in the area. So flavorful!
DELISH. I eat here all the time everything’s great, but today i tried the chilaquiles verdes with huevo for breakfast and let me tell you, its heaven in your mouth!! amazing!!

Not good! Service was so poor! I didn’t have a fork and asked for one and a napkin when my food arrived. She said shed get one and proceeded to slowly clean a nearby table. I finally gave up and ate cold food with my hands. Talk about nerve!! No tip because she didn’t deserve anything!! Food was not good!! Go to Sirenita if you want hot Very Delish food!!!!
My family and I went to Charly’s last night, and were overall unimpressed. The chicken quesadilla I ate had part of a joint in it, which is never very nice to run into. The cheese dip was good when it was hot, but as it cooled it congealed. We won’t be back, but I would say that it is one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area.
Thoughts mixed. Got some food to go from this place. The cheese dip was very runny, which I was not impressed by. The two salsas were also runny, and both very spicy. It seems like the choices were very spicy and super spicy. I usually like fairly spicy salsa, but the two didn’t offer enough of a spice range. The food tasted pretty good, but I wish the salsa and cheese dip was better. Not sure if I’ll be back.
