Good Burgers but rude service. Went for lunch Friday May 16 2014. The burgers were good. But the two guys taking orders and delivering food were rude. No smiles, eating behind the counter, etc.
Good food, good price. We went there yesterday and ordered two burgers, two fries, two drinks. With tax, the total came to only $10.98It seemed like our food was brought to us shortly after we sat down, faster than a fast food joint! The burger and fries were very good. I’ve read the reviews that said employees were rude and refills are a quarter. Our experience was different. The employees were very polite and the refills were free. We will be back!
This is the best place in town to get a real hamburger. I have been taking my family here for 20 years. We love it!
Not worth it.. I cannot get over how rude the employees are here. You come in and they just glare at you as if you are inconveniencing them. If the burgers were the best, as they seem to boast, it might be worth the sub par customer service that I experience there, but I can drive a little way down the road and get a better burger over at West Side.
The employees are rude!! They charge extra for everything. I wanted a refill which was 25 cents, no big deal i guess. I asked her not to add anymore ice and she told me they add ice to every drink. Packed it pretty much to the brim and topped it off with my soda. Ummmm… No!! The food wasn’t worth the price and the people suck!
Not Impressed!. Food was average. Price was high. Fried mushrooms were gross. Awful customer service. Cashier was also the server. Owners are obviously cheap. Skip it.
