Largely abysmal. I went here shortly after moving to Springdale because it was close to my office. Avoid at all costs. If you want Chinese in Springdale there are many wonderful non-buffet places to check out. Everything had the tell-tale taste of old and burnt oil. No matter how an item is cooked or how fresh, bad oil will simply ruin the flavor. The wait staff was largely missing when I was there. I stood at the door for 10 minutes and just as I intended to leave someone came to direct me to a table. The place was far from packed and I should have been wary of the wait just to sit. Clean buffets are a necessity! Everything about this place feels run down, from supplies lingering in the entry way to the general grime on the carpets, buffet, and walls. It just feels unloved and that’s never a good sign. At lunch time my meal was nearly $10. Overpriced, under-cared for buffets need to go away. If I want to risk feeling ill in a gross environment I’ll go to Panda. God. Never go to Panda and don’t go here.

Food was o.k……but the restaurant needs a good cleaning, and redecorating …trash on floor , cleaning supplies left setting out , really dirty carpet, trash can over flowing in drink area, my waiter just stood around on his phone, messing with his hair, and cleaning out his ears with his fingers, and looking at it..never seen him wash his hand, getting drinks as people came in ..with those dirty hands……… will not return.
Horrible! Questionable meat passed off as beef and or chicken. Crab legs taste as if boiled in toilet water. Rude employees. Over priced. Board of health need to check in to this place.. never go here!
We used to love it here, but with the influx of buffets in this area, their business has gone down=food changed out less often….= less appealing food…but the price keeps rising…
Waste of money. Half the trays were empty our entire visit. when they would bring something out from the kitchen, everyone would go rushing to the buffet to grab what they could. poor quality, poor service. you’ll be sorry, when it comes time to pay the over priced check!
