The food here is kind of middle of the road, and the service can be uneven. Sometimes the service is really good. Sometimes, it’s painfully bad. The food is okay to pretty good. It’s definitely not the best barbecue to be found in the area, but it’s not as terrible as another reviewer suggested. We live nearby and go once in a while. I’ve been to a couple that knock it out of the park and are really, really good. This location has never felt that way. Not a top choice for us, but not so bad we’d never go back.
Ate here this week. Ordered riib and fixins. The ribs were ok. Sauce was ok, cole slaw was horrendous. Chip and salsa was horrible. Chips tasted like old grease and Stale.. Didnt eat it and complained. Waitress apologized but left it on our bill! Then as we walked out i glanced in the kitchen and saw a huge grey trash can completely full to about a foot over the top and garbage, bones ect. was all over the floor!! Nasty! I was worried i was going to be sick all nighr. Never Ever going back! Needs a health inspection ! And a new manager!
JustMe… Loved it!. The Rib Crib is one of the best BBQ spots that I’ve eaten at in Northwest Arkansas. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The food was great, I had the catfish combo with ribs, my husband had chicken and ribs. I ordered a side salad that was made with mixed greens, tomatoes and other ingredients that made it very tasty, It wasn’t the typical Arkansas head lettuce sprinkled with cheese salad. The slaw was nice and not drenched in mayo. My husband commented that his chicken was moist and good. We both enjoyed the dry rub ribs and I loved the fries that were served with my meal. I would return again and again! The server could be more attentive to the needs of the customer……….. but that seems to be the case in many restaurants.
Chicken is dry as the desert and Ribs a T-Rex couldn’t even chew through. Never ever returning to this place. Left a whole plate of food and the waitress never asked me why. 10 thumbs down.
