Bad service. I went in with a couple of my friends an never got greeted. We sat ourself down and it took about a good 5 to 10 minutes for someone to notice us. The food was good but our drinks never got refilled! I could of choked.The server was sitting at a near by table wiping utensils and never once looked at us. When we was done the server checked us out and had the nerve to tell us, tip wasn’t added to the bill. Lady, you was a horrible waiter . We was not leaving a tip. There was more to this story, but I’ll make it short and simple. Please hire a new server. I will not go there due to bad service.
Our favorite restaurant in Springdale. This is my & my husband’s FAVORITE restaurant in Springdale!!! Every time I go, I get the pad see ew with chicken, which is just incredible. I’m a huge fan of egg drop soup, and theirs is delicious! My husband I both are IN LOVE with the fried spring rolls – I don’t know what they put in the filling, but we cannot get enough of them! Whenever we’re in the mood for incredible comfort food (which is often!), this is our go-to place!I also just tried one of their bubble teas for the first time (honeydew), and it was delicious! I was skeptical, but I’ll definitely be ordering one again – probably strawberry next time.

Addicted. I have been going to Silk Road for years….sometimes more than once a week. I have brought many people to eat here that are also now regulars. This place has great food, very authentic..but more importantly it is managed by a great family! Once they start recognizing you, you are treated like family. I love these folks and can’t stop eating the spring rolls (fresh and fried), the pad thai and the thai style fried rice!
Great lunch spot–lots of good dishes. I go here for lunch with my coworkers quite often. I have had a couple items on the menu that I don’t care for, but they have a lot of stuff I like, including: green curry, red curry, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, etc. The service is always quick at lunch, even when they’re really busy (which is quite often). Definitely good for a quick Thai fix. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I once left my purse, and they hung onto it until I was able to make it back several hours later!
Yummy!!. I love their pad Thai noodles with red pork, shrimp and extra peanuts and cilantro. Red curry was great as were the fresh spring rolls!! Great prices- also 10% off at dinner if you pay with cash. This basically handles the tax! A tax free yummy, delicious dinner!!
