Everyone should eat at El Cunado in Springdale because they are always nice and the food is delicious! My favorite items on the menu are the chilequiles con bistek and the burrito al pastor but everything is good! Don’t forget to tip!
Really good authentic Mexican. Today I had the Carne Asada burrito. Super delicious. Get it with everything on it. Rice, beans, cilantro, corn, peas, beef. They also provided sauteed onions and jalapenos with it.Great stuff! Eat there at least once!
Best Mexican Food In The World. This place is the best restaurant in Springdale as far as Mexican food goes. My favorites include the steak quesadillas and fajitas. The fajitas are around nine bucks and are easily the best I’ve had in my life. You probably won’t be going back to Acambaro ever again.
Authentic and delicious. As a austin, tx native, and a frequent traveler in mexico, i was so happy to find this place in springdale. it has some interesting offerings that other local taquerias do not, and that are often overlooked by the uninitiated. for breakfast, try the delicious chilaquiles rojas or verdes (watch out vegetarians: the verde sauce contains pork). for something different, sample a huitlacoche or flor de calabasa quesadilla. on weekends, they serve birria [roasted lamb], as a plate or as giant individual tacos. they always serve fresh corn tortillas and have nightly dinner specials (monday night is mole). their guajillo salsa is tangy and very spicy. if you just go for burritos or tacos, you probably won’t notice a difference from other taquerias. but if you delve deeper into the menu, it might just change your life.
Not impressed. I’ve tried ordering different food items on different occasions, and the meat always disappoints me. It ends up being bland, and drips fat. Not very appetizing if you ask me! Their Pineapple water is pretty tasty though.
Very authentic Mexican food!. This was recommended to us by a Hispanic friend as his favorite place to eat. Well, it was VERY authentic! I had to pull out my iPhone to translate the menu 🙂 But the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. A new favorite!Ohhh and they also make their own tortillas.
