The buffet made me feel like i was eating garbage. Yuck! The steak is pretty good, and baked potato.
Always the best buffet.. Good variety of home cooked food. Been eating here since I was a kid and I still love it.
Remember it’s Buffet. Pretty good as far as buffet food goes. Their steaks are pretty good too, keeping in mind this is a chain buffet.
Not bad…. I got there right at opening so everything was sparkling clean and buffet was filled with fresh foods. Mostly fried; fried chicken, fried catfish, fried shrimp, fried hushpuppies, fried okra; but the salad bar was amazing. It was two bars long and had everything a person would think of to put on a salad. The sides are very bland but it’s been that way since they opened in the 60’s. The dessert bar was nice but again, bland. Not real sweet. You definitely will leave stuffed but you won’t write home about it either. Thank you to my exceptional waitress, April. She never missed a beat on removing dishes I set aside, leaving a cup of ice to put into my tea as it melted, and making sure I had plenty of napkins.
Date night.. We decided to go to Western Sizzlin because there was a food bar. WRONG choice. The food was bland at best. The service was ok but the food seemed over cooked and bland. Mostly fried foods which I do not prefer…
Better than Expected. My kids ate more here than any other restaurant….good food, too. My husband was in love with their greens and the ribs. I enjoyed it, as well. Hushpuppies were disgusting, but the salad bar was fresh and quite well stocked. The fried chicken was pretty good!
Average buffet. Steak was cooked correctly but thats kinda the norm at a buffet steakhouse. its easy to feed the family in one place. lots of selection but food stays out there too long. go when its busy
