I do not recommend this Asian restaurant. A friend and I went on a weeknight and there was hardly any business and service was so poor. Also the quality of the food wasn’t very good for the prices they charge. The final prices they charged us was much higher than the menu prices. The manager attempted to explain why there was a price variance and his method of correcting the issue was to give us a discount of 15% however I still paid more for my meal than the stated menu price. It’s understandable for restaurants to adjust prices because of an increase in COGS but the waitress or manager should have brought up the price difference when they first handed us the menus. Also there was a kitchen worker staring at us during the last few minutes of our meal waiting for us to leave, needless to say that created an uncomfortableEnvironment. For the cost of the food, I could’ve gone to PF Changs and gotten better service and a better meal.

Great Dim Sum. I am here on business and while perusing the internet, I came across Chi’s. I ordered turnip cakes, Chinese broccoli, steamed shrimp and spinach dumplings and 1/2 duck. I think this was the best food I have had outside of NYC Chinatown. Everything was fresh and delicious. The duck was perfect with crispy skin and tender meat. It makes me look forward to coming back to Little Rock.
Bad service. Waitress would not substitute noodles for the rice in meal! She acted like having rice with the dish was mandatory. We won’t go back!
Slow service. Servise just so slow… not as good as Mr.Chen chinese restaurant
Retired Gardner. Chi’s is a Great place for dinner or Lunch it has the best Chinese Food like you really there only thing they need more Chinese people there to wait on you! so you can get the right mood! The spice fish is Great and I didn’t know fish could be spicy!
Chi’s Bistro – Shackleford/Markham. I love their chinese dim-sum on the weekends. Food was authentic and service was good. Highly recommend.
