Been here a couple of times, if you don’t know about this place you will never find it. In the basement of an office park, it is well is well know to those in the community. A very small spot with just a few tables and the entire menu on chalk on the walls. And it is a lot. Italian, Mediterranean, sandwiches and burgers and salads. Today I had a BLT and sweet potato fries with a brownie. The BLT was minus the B with little lettuce and some bacon, really disappointing. The fries and brownie were very good. My wife had a very nice looking salad very well prepared with a nice dressing. Typically they do a little better than this.

I love Milford Track!! The best thing on the menu in my opinion is the lemon pepper noodles with Parmesan basil sauce and chicken!
