I’m from Little Rock, but live in New Orleans, where we have a huge Vietnamese community, and Viet restaurant are booming there!!I love pho and eat it quite often.I’m so glad I discovered this place.The pork and shrimp spring rolls were great, peanut sauce was good too! I like that they serve the bowl of sauce already topped with some crushed peanuts and a little hit chile sauce.I had the pho tai nam, which in Nola is round steak and brisket, here it is listed as eye of round and flank steak.It was wonderful!!They make a great broth here. All the sides (cilantro, basil, lines, bean sprouts, and fresh sliced jalapeos) were fresh and tasty.I do wish they had some bottles of pungent fish sauce on the table…..but they do have sriracha, hosin sauce and soy sauce as table side condiments .My only complaint was that the service could have been a bit more attentive. Not bad, but both servers were a bit in the weeds, and lunch rush was in its waining moments.I did notice some menu omissions I’m used to in Nola..Spring rolls and other dishes with that cool red roasted/grilled pork.Also missing , the wonderful Bahn Mi sandwiches!!I love those things, and when you can get the great Vietnamese Bread (heavy French influence here) they are built upon, that is a treat.I guess I can understand it missing, if there aren’t any good Vietnamese bakers on site or in the state.Perhaps this is a niche someone local could set up and make money on??Anyway, I’ll be back for sure.I can eat this stuff anytime of year, but on this particular chilly day, it REALLY tasted good….and I felt I got very full on healthy food!!
Excellent every time I eat here. The pho is exceptional as well as many other items on the menu! Egg rolls are perfect, and pork is delicious. Thank you! Definitely go here
I had the vegetarian stir-fry, and I really enjoyed my meal. The only complaint I have is… the portion was too small. There were about 4 pieces of tofu. For $9, I think they should have added more veggies.
The first thing I did when I moved to little rock is find a pho place. Always essential. I found this was conveniently located and went to see what they were about. Man did I luck out. I’m sure they recognize me by now since I’m there at least once if not twice a week. I’ve had lots of pho in my life but this one is right up there with top.
Adore this place so much! I used to eat there almost once a week for lunch when I worked in that neighborhood. My tastebuds were always surprised and happy with whatever I tried. My mouth waters when I think about their delicious broths, entrees, and specials. I think this place has a special charm all its own. For the adventurous and tame – they have something for every palate.
Tastiest doughnuts in Little Rock, always fresh and staff is friendly. Wide variety of pastries to choose from and coffee is good too! Sugar!
Love the vermicelli noodle bowl with chicken and egg roll. Husband had the pho, also yum. The interior is very simple but clean and service was prompt and friendly. Will be back often!
