I have to disagree Cubster. Best sauce I’ve ever had. I understand it is simmered slowly for five hours and is based upon an ancestral recipe in the Napoli style. Unusual yes. Unusually good. Old school authentic Italian going on here. Proprietor is friendly and attentive too.
