Tamale verde is a must – shrimp quesadilla yum! Chicken fajita burrito had no flavor … the service was slow but the waiters/bus boys were so sweat you didn’t care. We sat in the bar facing the street (just inside) and it was fun people watching – no drinks this time around. Excited to go back and try out the drink menu:)
All around excellent restaurant. When you combine the service with the food, and the ambiance, this is just a great place to eat, drink with friends, watch a game…..You know when you go to a restaurant time and again and the staff recognizes you and treats you like family? This is the place. When you want consistently good good and drinks in a comfortable and fun setting? This is the place.Bottom line – I eat here at least once a week and just love the place. Everyone is pleasant and really cares about making you comfortable and happy. Highly recommend the Carnitas Famosa with red sauce and the chicken in mole!I don’t know why the listing here doesn’t show that they serve breakfast – they do.
I really want to like this place but I just can’t get there. This is my 2nd try with 3 years in between. The food is rather bland and uninteresting. My pastor pork was tough as leather and had gross chunks of fat The service is slow. The decor is great. I wish they could turn it up a few notches.
A great place to eat and drink with friends. My favorite is the enchiladas with a green salad. Yummy
