The food is alright, but definitely not worth the time or patience to receive it. The staff are very bad at time management, and are not very skilled in making tight rolls or bite-size pieces. It’s equally regrettable that this establishment is in such a bad location; it’s a very small dining area, and parking is next to horrendous, unless you plan to negotiate with the Albany Twin Theater staff to use their parking lot. If Sugata got its act together, it would do better as a sushi delivery service; it’s apparent that the hostess that has served me is quite efficient with a phone.
