What’s a Riblet?. I like it, but it doesn’t compare to Mimi’s.Now if you go here, you have to get the Riblets, which are very good and my very favorite. I think they’re made of lamb, but maybe rabbit. They happen to be just wonderful. I don’t know what part of the animal it comes from. They are very very good. Best thing on the menu. They bring you wet-naps for afterwards to clean yourself up, and you need that. Otherwise you will get BBQ sauce all over the car, which isn’t the worst thing you could get all over the car, but it’s kind of bad. This is a chain, and they are all the same, so I can say without contradiction this is an efficient, clean, friendly, happy place to be. It’s especially good to go there with a coffee date. And it is really great for salads–share them with your husband. The deserts look good too, but who has room after Riblets? Not me.It’s family oriented, which means you can make a mess and be loud, but also the people next to you are doing that, so if you’re picky, don’t go.We would go there to grab a bite to eat before we went off to play Pan with our pals, and the wet naps kept the sauce off the playing cards. One time we were there before a game, and for some dumb reason we all ordered the fish, and we all hated the fish. What a disaster. Stick to the Riblets. Thanks for reading, I love you!
