Nice Surprise. Dip’s Grill is hidden in a small strip mall on Valley Blvd., I didn’t even know it exists for two years. I was glad I went there. It is a small and charming place with upbeat ambiance. I had Grilled Pork Chop, came with rice and salad. Yummy! Two pieces of well-marinated pork chop were grilled to perfection, tender and juicy. Shredded lettuce mixed with light vinegar dressing. very refreshing. Skinny Shrimp Egg Rolls were crispy with tasty filling; they went very well with Vietnamese (fish sauce) dip sauce. Skewer items looked pretty good to me. Last but not least to mention, I really liked my iced tea. it’s not as strong as other SGV cafes serve, peach flavor made it so refreshing.Servers are young and energetic as well as friendly and attentive. I want to try other items (like Grilled Salmon!) on their menu, definitely I’ll be back again (and again).
