Nice Decor, Poor Service. Happy Harbour has very nice decor, furniture and chinaware; but it has poor service in contrast with it’s upscale physical appearance.They were pushing a busboy cart to collect dirty plates, wait a minute, it’s very unappetizing. Servers didn’t bother to pick up our plates more than 30 minutes after we finished our dinner; our water was never refilled. We received neither thank-you nor smile from them.Prices are ranging from $6 to $30+ per dish. Two of us had Jelly-fish in Aged Vinegar (good), Shui-Gar/dumplings (good), Eel on Tofu Noodle (bad) and Porridge (ok); our bill was $30 before tips.
