The Gudeg might be good but they have NO customer service skills. Especially the man is very rude ! Instead of being concern when an elderly person lost their balance and broke the window accidentally, that man claimed that it was an act of vandalism. And demanded to be reimbursed for that window immediately. Never was there any concern for that elderly person. If they don’t care about their customers, it make me wonder what they do to your food behind those walls.
It’s a tiny hole in the wall on a side street of Algambra downtown. Good food usually comes from these tiny HIW places and this is no exception. It’s sparse and authentic. They use shrimp paste in some of the plates so you might not like it if iff you don’t like shrimp paste. I like their Panamg and curry. The crispy fried chicken is also very good. The place seems to have mote to go biz than dine in for the times that I had lunch there. Unless you know the place is there across from Denny you are likely to miss it.
