I guess this is a famous dessert chain in Hong Kong. For all you non-Chinese who have never really enjoyed a quality Chinese dessert, I suggest you go here and try the hot sweet soups. All the ones I’ve tried are really delicious. They have a thick black sesame soup made with very fresh seeds roasted and ground just right. Egg white and almond is rich and silky. Taro and black rice is my favorite. Take some tea cakes home when you go.
