Horrible Customer Services. We ordered take-out from this restaurant and when we picked it up they told us we could not use our Restaurant.com certificate because it was take out. The certificate did not stipulate that this was not allowed. The manager and marketing manager were very unwilling to accommodate us, they were aware of this problem happening before and they were borderline rude. I spoke with Restaurant.com and they said they should have taken this certificate. Upon talking to the manager again and giving him this information, he still basically told me it was my problem. False advertising! The food isn’t even that good. GO TO MANDARIN GOURMET. You will get great food there and great customer service!
