Crappy service!. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was at the Blossom Hill location. I brought back a bagel & wanted a refund. The owner had to come personally while I waited for 30 minutes (spent an hour total in store). I still didn’t get my refund or a new bagel. Worst of all they kept my bagel. I would have at least fed it to my dog. This was a huge waste of my time. The owner yelled at me, another person who was called just hung on the phone & wouldn’t say anything. All three staff that I interacted with had a terrible attitude & refused to provide the requested refund. The owner claimed she would lose money if she gave me a refund or made a new bagel. She complained because I couldn’t find the receipt (even though it was in a yum yum wrapper & she said she remembered making it that morning). She seemed more intent on arguing than doing anything constructive. She will give yum yum a bad reputation. 24 hour deliciousness. Love the Yum Yum on Blossom Hill! It’s across the street from the roller rink, and makes a the most delicious pineapple fritter! Add to that a great selection of sprinkle donuts and I’m a happy snacker.
