Excellent Korean BBQI had an excellent meal at Soowon Galbi. I had two different types of meat with an enormous amount of side dishes. We probably could have just ordered one type of meat. Anyways, they actually cook your meat right in front of you. I was so happy for that service; because, I doubt that I would have known how long to cook it. Our waitress could have been a little more pleasant. But, she was overwhelmed with people. I do recommend that people make a reservation in order to avoid a long wait. Overall, a very good dining experience

I really enjoyed this place. It was my first kbbq experience and I loved it. The meats were good but the sides are what got me! Definitely the spot to go!

Awesome food and good service. Probably one of the best Korean food restaurants I’ve eaten at.

Generous portions, flavorful side dishes. I’m a meat eater… give me my protein, I’m a happy camper. We ordered the 2-person combo, which was plenty for 2 people to feel like we needed to be rolled out to the car. Typically, I like to go to the all-you-can eat Korean BBQ spots, but the combo at Soowon was definitely all I could eat… Meats were seasoned nicely and the dipping sauces were tasty, although a bit salty. Atmosphere is nicer than many of the BBQ spots nearby. Side dishes were all very tasty.

Ruminate, Marinade, and Soowon Galbi. Have you ever ruminated about the past? Laying there absolutely still and replaying everything that had happened. Pondering about what would have happened if the timing was right. Wondering, if you even had the right elements to make it work. Did it work out and end, only to have you marinating in the juices of sweet memories of yore?Soowon will not marinate their meats in day- old marinade. Soowon provides a perfect and seamless matrimony of beef and marinade, banchan and naengmyun, and service and style. Soowon is as good as it gets. Perfect blend of ingredients, elements and timing… Cook time that is. While you are at it, make sure the element of fire doesn’t scorch your meat.As for ruminating about the past, maybe it’s best to stop kicking the dead horse and enjoy eating the cow during the present. Soowon, I’ve had some great times with you.(If you have enough in your party split a combo and it would be about $17-25 per person for a four person party. Valet parking lot is a bit small but cheap.)
