I remember getting excited when I first read about Belly Bombz food truck but kept missing it whenever it was at the Babies R Us parking lot in Cerritos on food truck nights.Tried it for the first time back in 2014 when I learned of their kitchen and the rest is history. This place has yet to fail me. So many awesome dishes with so much flavor, I literally go into a food coma from the amount of food I order each visit. LOL. I can’t really say which dishes are the best because they all have been amazing but if I’m going to highlight any, it would be the P.I.Y.M. Truffle burger, 51/50 sliders and the Korean BBQ pulled pork grilled cheese…I literally want to walk into the kitchen and high five the chefs for these amazing burgers/sandwiches.The staff is cool, the atmosphere is that of a chill cafe and the beer selections are great. The food is prepared fast as well so no long waits. If I stayed closer to Belly Bombz, I’d be there daily.Dinner 5/8/2016, 1/14/2016, 11/19/2015, 3/1/2015, 12/31/2014 , and 6/14/2014
