This place is now called Blue Bay Cafe. I think it used it be part of Dolphin Bay chain, but slowly Dolphin Bay is selling it off to different owners on each of the location. This place is a mixture of Taiwanese and Cantonese snack food fare with Boba Tea (Bubble Tea for non-Asians). Their drinks are top notch along with the Taiwanese food that serves here. Priced reasonably for delicious meals. It is still one of the better Taiwanese food place in this area. rightwaytoeat.com
