The quality of the food has detoriated miserably. It took them an hour to get our order when the whole place had just 4 tables occupied. Then they made a major blunder with the order. The diet coke didnt have any fizz, chicken 65 was just fried chicken pieces, Rasam was just water with vegetables. I can go and on on but i’ll stop here only.So in short this place has lost its charm. Sad!

Best tandoori chicken and Very good Indian food. I moved to CA after being in midwest and east. the tandoori chicken (buffet) is one of the best in the country imho. there were lot of other selections as well and it was very much above than the average restaurants out there.This is a small gem of a restaurant. You dont (atleast I dint so far) the typical frozen cube chieckn tikka. the Biryani (Southern Style) was good too.I would rate this place 8/10.. thanks.
Worst service ever. First the serving guys are so slow there is no even water served for a long time, then the menu came up, no one showed to take order for a long time, finally after the order we waited around 45mins to 1 hour to get things.Food was toooooo HOT, as indian we could not take it. The stomach got unhappy. horrible. This is my second time, it was horrible service.
Good restaurant. The food was pretty good. I don’t remember the name of my dish because it was in Indian, but it was goat meat with red curry and it was about as good as a 7 out of 10. I tried some of my friend’s chicken korma with yellow curry and it was like a 9 out of 10. Their drinks are excellent. I had a mango chutney and some Indian almond milk and they both had their own unique flavors and I would give them both a 10 out of 10. The food came in a good amount of time, about 25 to 30 mins and their service was professional and friendly. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere which was another good part of the restaurant. Overall, I’d give the restaurant a 9 out of 10.
Probably the worst indian restaurant I ever visited. Dont let the ambience fool you. It’s better to eat nothing than filing up something from here
Best Biriyani in LA. Pickels is fantastic, its a small hotel but a gem. The food was typical south Indian non-veg. The biriyani (TN style) was amazing. This is a must eat place for South Indian folks
