Weekend Buffet. During a recent visit to Los Angeles from Toronto, I had the previlege of having a buffet meal at Shan Restaurant. Being of Indian origin, I must add, that all the dishes were delicious and authentic in taste. The haleen, nihari, paya, biryani etc. were all very good.I would most certainly recommend this restaurant to any of my friends that visit.Kudos to the chef on a job well done.
