Potato Garlic. I do not understand since when Chinese recipes started using Potatos as main ingridient. I had Potato Carlic described as Indian Chinese dish.23 Apr, 2011Chinese Food -Fooling Indians. I was for Lunch at Tangy Tomato and I preferred to eat Chinese food.I had been to China Eight times in last 5 years..I asked for Chinese vegetables and it was Potato Garlic…I was surprised. I never came acress any Chinese receipe which has main ingridient potato.Tangy has found easy way to fool Indians in US.by showing this item as Chinese.
